Hamburg-Lokstedt | Purchase Contracts Notarized for 182 Residential Units on Lohkoppelweg

We're pleased to report that our joint project company with Otto Wulff Gruppe on Lohkoppelweg in Lokstedt has just notarized contracts on the sale of 182 apartments at three construction sites to three Hamburg building societies. Excavation has already begun, and the apartments should be ready for new residents by the fall of 2012.
