1. Introductory consulting session

During our first meeting, we'll talk about quality characteristics, location, architecture, appointments, and any special requests you might have with regard to your desired property. You'll also receive the contract documents and explanations thereof.

2. Financing

HAVE YOU FOUND THE PROPERTY FOR YOU?

At this point, we recommend getting in touch with a bank you know and trust to request a financing quotation. Should you need help finding the right financing partner, we'll be glad to help.

3. Second consulting session

ARE ALL THE CONDITIONS MET?

We'll discuss your particular wishes with our qualified consultants and incorporate them into our planning in order to provide you with a handover date.

From construction and supervision to the day we hand you the keys, cds will handle all of the coordination and professional planning of your new home.

4. Notary meeting

YOU'VE MADE YOUR DECISION!

It's time to coordinate a notary meeting with us in order to have the deed on your new home drawn up.

5. Furnishing your new home

YOUR PLANS AND WISHES TAKE SHAPE

At our showroom, you can view different possible appointments and assemble them to suit your exact preferences.

6. Groundbreaking

READY FOR THE GREEN LIGHT!

Your specific desires have been incorporated into our planning. The construction supervisors at cds now coordinate the contracts and hand them over to our qualified contractors. Work is ready to begin!

All of the efforts needed to make your vision a reality then commence at the construction site.

7. Appraisal

CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE!

We can now arrange a meeting to take a tour of your new home. You can use this as an opportunity to compare the plans we agreed on with the actual work done, and to gain some inspiration before you move in. You can even get a clear idea of where you'll put the furniture.

During this appraisal, we can also set a date to hand over the keys – it's already time to arrange for a moving van! 

8 .Handover

THE MOVING VAN IS OUTSIDE!
