We are pleased to welcome the Hamburger Sparkasse as our new tenant in the BRADO - Passage at the Bramfelder Dorfplatz. The branch of the future will open at the end of 2018 on a gross floor area of over 1,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \"Grundst\u00fccksgesellschaft Bramfeld Quartier mbH\" is responsible for the development of the quarter, a joint venture between HTG Hoch und Tiefbau Gadebusch and cds Wohnbau Hamburg GmbH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bramfeld \u2013 the up-and-coming district of Hamburg is currently undergoing revitalization. In the BRADO, Bramfeld's first pedestrian passage, 136 new rental apartments and representative shop and restaurant areas (approx. 50 to 400 m\u00b2) as well as practice areas (approx. 170 - 223 m\u00b2) are currently being built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
