The new Jenfelder Au district offers an ingenious mix of different residential options, commercial premises and shopping outlets. The draft designs have their origin in a competition and are the byword for ambitious architecture which will is guaranteed to preserve its value.

The use of arches in the architectural design makes it clear at first glance that these are the exclusive poster children for the ensemble.
