With cds and Wulff Wohnbau Projekt Thaerstraße GmbH as principal and vendor respectively, a modern office building is currently being built in the Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg.
This collection forms part of the district development known as "Mein Prenzlhain", with a gross floor area of approx. 42,000 m² for residential and business purposes. Depending on the size of your company, commercial spaces with a minimum area of approx. 190 m² can be subdivided and developed. An open-plan office development is just as feasible as smaller units, a practice or a shop on the ground floor.
