The "Brunsberg 38" project in the "Zylinderviertel" district of Hamburg-Lokstedt benefits from a quiet location at the end of a charming boulevard with classical villas. With all the cachet of “Berlins 1. Adresse Grunewald”, 40 modern semi-detached houses have been built which pay tribute to the architectural and community traditions of the neighbourhood while at the same time creating something entirely new.

A newly-paved private access road lined with lime trees leads to the properties of “Berlins 1. Adresse Grunewald” in the district of the same name. The properties are all in the immediate vicinity of the Halensee lake and the western section of the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping street.

At the heart of Friedrichshain, and right next to the Eldenaer Höfe, cds laid the foundation stone in September 2012 for a building meant for mixed use: the residential and commercial building christened "Eldenaer Tor". It offers 700 square metres of living space and 800 square metres of floor space for a day nursery.

82 modern town houses are being built at the Alter Schlachthof in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. We were confronted with the challenge of combining historic architecture with modern, tailor-made and high-quality interior design. Highlights of the project include the listed brick gable ends which have been restored using painstaking manual labour with minute attention to detail.

Completed in 2012, this project by cds Wohnbau Hamburg GmbH in Hamburg-Lokstedt is an attractive example of diverse yet pleasing architecture. It was realized together with a renowned project partner.

360° Lokstedt creates a unique living atmosphere through architecture that is as individual as the people that live in the town houses and apartments. It created living spaces for multiple generations and their different needs. The entire ensemble comprises 18 luxury condominiums, 40 town houses and 192 rental apartments that were sold to an investor en bloc.

The "Jessenquartier" in Hamburg-Altona was sold as a package to an investor in 2012. The 162 family-friendly rental apartments were convincing with loggias as well as roof terraces and living spaces between 45 and 105 m².
