1. The first consultation
Has one of our properties caught your imagination? If so, we'll be delighted to advise you personally and discuss your individual wishes. You will find the contact details for our consulting sales partners on the website in the relevant project area, Frankfurt, Berlin or Hamburg.
The initial consultation will cover the quality features, location, construction type, details of the fittings and any individual wishes for your property. We will of course explain the contract documents in detail and give you a copy. -
2. Financing meeting
Have you decided on a particular property?
Then we would recommend that you contact a bank which you find attractive and trustworthy so that they can make you a financing offer.
We will gladly assist you in your search for a suitable financing partner.

3. The second consultation
Have all the conditions been met?
We will then discuss your individual wishes with our qualified consultants for incorporation into the planning so that we can work out a handover date.
cds will take care of all the coordination required for the professional planning of your new home and carry out and supervise the construction work through to the point of handover of the keys.

4. Notary appointment
You've made your decision.
The next step is to arrange a joint notarial appointment with us to get the deeds to your new home.
We look forward to a positive and fruitful collaboration with you. The cds team will deliver your new "four walls" on time, reliably and with a great deal of satisfaction in a job well done.

5. Trying out designs
Are your wishes and plans taking shape?
Visit our showroom to have a look at the various options available for the individual configuration of the interior of your new home.
If you are interested in other products, we will be glad to advise you on alternatives.

6. Start of construction
The project is in the starting blocks!
Your individual wishes have been incorporated into the planning. The orders have been passed on to our qualified contractors and will be coordinated by the cds construction management team to get the ball rolling. The time has now come to take all the measures required on the building site to implement your individual wishes.

7. Final inspection and acceptance
The building work is over!
We consult with you to arrange a date for us all to inspect your new home. At the point of acceptance or during the visit, the agreed planning documents are compared with the actual execution. The first inspiring impressions before you move in. Now's the time to decide exactly where the furniture's going to go.
On this date we will gladly arrange an appointment for the keys to be handed over - so you can go ahead and book the removal van!

8. Handover
The moving van is ordered!
Handover means handing over the keys! And we're proud to be the ones to present you with your new home. Nothing is more important for cds than your complete satisfaction.
