cds Wohnbau GmbH Frankfurt founds a joint company with the Traumhaus Group from Wiesbaden, whichDream house cds Wohnbau GmbHbased in Frankfurt.
In December 2016, the new company acquired a piece of land in Rodgau-Weiskirchen, just outside Frankfurt, on which 62 "dream houses" are to be built.
With purchase prices below € 300,000, the focus is particularly on the “young family” target group.
The collaboration between cds and Traumhaus has already proved successful with the "Feldblume" project in Berlin-Köpenick. Last year, the last of the 66 house units in Berlin were handed over to happy families.
Two companies that have been successful for decades guarantee a safe life investment as partners.
