cds Wohnbau GmbH Frankfurt founds a joint company with the Traumhaus Group from Wiesbaden
Die cds Wohnbau GmbH Frankfurt gründet eine gemeinsame Gesellschaft mit der Traumhaus Gruppe aus Wiesbaden, die “Dream house cds Wohnbau GmbH” mit Sitz in Frankfurt.
In December 2016, the new company acquired a piece of land in Rodgau-Weiskirchen, just outside Frankfurt, on which 62 "dream houses" are to be built.
With purchase prices below € 300,000, the focus is particularly on the “young family” target group.
The collaboration between cds and Traumhaus has already proved successful with the "Feldblume" project in Berlin-Köpenick. Last year, the last of the 66 house units in Berlin were handed over to happy families.
Two companies that have been successful for decades guarantee a safe life investment as partners.
