The time has come! In September 2023 we will start with full anticipation the realization of our new project OHLE10 in Hamburg-Ohlstedt. In two town villas, we are building 5 modern condominiums each with living areas of approx. 130-190 m². The south-facing park-like property borders on a forest and green area and thus creates a protected private sphere. The ready for occupancy will be at the end of 2025.

We are proud to realize a comprehensive and sustainable energy concept. Forward-looking energy supply plays an important role in our construction project and enables you to live in an environmentally conscious and energy-efficient way. Some of the key features of our energy concept are:

The roof surfaces of the buildings will be equipped with state-of-the-art photovoltaic systems to generate solar energy and thus cover part of the electricity demand in an environmentally friendly way.
Heat pump system:
Our innovative heat pumps use energy from the environment to efficiently generate heat and hot water.
Controlled residential ventilation:
In "OHLE10" we implement innovative heat recovery systems. These enable the use of waste heat from the apartment to heat fresh air and thus indirectly to heat rooms.
Electromobility:
In "OHLE10", the infrastructure for later equipping the underground parking garage with charging points for electromobility is being prepared in cooperation with a partner (contractor).
