We at cds Wohnbau GmbH are looking for a dedicated and motivated dual student for our branch in Frankfurt. If you are looking for a challenging role where you can work both in the office and on construction sites while earning an academic degree, then this position is for you.

Your tasks
- Support our construction management in the planning and implementation of construction projects in the Rhine-Main area.
- Supervision of professional execution up to acceptance and handover.
- Design of construction schedules and their compliance, you are the contact person for our partner companies.
- Participate in audits and budget planning.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your (technical) high school diploma.
- You are a registered student in the field of civil engineering.
- You are flexible, able to work under pressure and have an independent way of working.
