On Thursday, May 31st, cds Wohnbau Hamburg celebrated the topping-out ceremony in Jenfeld with around 120 guests.
In the heart of Hamburg-Jenfeld, one of Hamburg's most ambitious urban development projects is being built, the Jenfelder Au. “Jenny Süd”, a building ensemble that shines with spacious gardens and an attractive southern orientation, is located directly on the water, surrounded by lots of greenery. The project combines 10 townhouses, 18 condominiums, 3 gatehouses and has a lively environment with good infrastructure.
The topping-out ceremony was opened by the managing director of cds Wohnbau, Mr. Gedaschko and Mr. Weedermann-Korte from the Wandsbek district office. They thanked everyone involved in this project and the buyers who placed their trust in us.
The celebration began when the topping-out crown rose and the buffet was officially opened. The acquirers had the opportunity to see their future neighbors and meet other interesting people.
Completion is planned for the end of December 2018 and cds Wohnbau Hamburg wishes everyone involved in the construction continued safe completion of the building.
