cds builds kindergartens and day-care centers

If you want to make a big difference, you have to start with the small ones.

“Klax” day care center opens in the “Eldenaer Tor” in Berlin – Prenzlauer Berg:

When we develop projects, our experts tailor the architecture precisely to the location and structures of the respective locations. The cds always has the youngest members of our society in mind: the children. Because children are the future. Family and child-friendliness are therefore particularly important to us.

The construction of kindergartens and day-care centers can be successfully integrated into a project development. The cds have already proven this several times. The most recent - in the truest sense of the word - award-winning example: our "Eldenaer Höfe" project in Berlin, which was nominated for the Immobilienmanager Award 2013 in the category of project development and new construction.

In the middle of Friedrichshain, close to the "Eldenaer Höfe", cds laid the foundation stone for a mixed-use building in September 2012: the residential and commercial building "Eldenaer Tor". It offers 700 square meters of living space and 800 square meters of usable space for a daycare center. Since young families in particular are moving into our neighboring townhouses, many crèche places are needed there. The "Kita Klax" is intended to meet this urgent need. For the cooperation, we were able to win a renowned operator who has been successfully running day care centers for decades. He should be the guarantor that the social property is well received.

In the summer of 2013, the "Kita Klax" was able to open its doors to girls and boys. On this occasion, the district received a donation for social projects. This donation was personally received by the district councilor Jens-Holger Kirchner.
